A: Most systems are designed to be autonomous, but a few hours are set aside each month as ocassionally an update or adjustment is required.
Q: What do you mean by "unique business knowledge"? Is the AI agent or chatbot trained on the specific practice’s data or industry-specific information?
A: The knowledge of the agent or chatbot is created and designed by us and the business stakeholders specifically for the individual business. It can have as much general industry or specific practice knowledge as you prefer. Most of the questions will be about appointment availability, location, and payment options.

A: As each solution is custom, the cost varies a little, but if you are not completely satisfied within 90 days, we have a money back guarantee.
Q: Does your team operate only online?
A: No. Our first meeting will be online. But we can meet in person, and sometimes need to for implementation.

A: Our primary focus is delivering top-notch solutions for medical practices, we can resolve the mundane tasks for any business.
Q: Will AI take my job away?
